Inland Rail G2K PPP Tender Support
Inland Rail is a 1,700km fast freight backbone. The 128km, $5bn Gowrie to Kagaru section is technically complex. It requires the construction of a 6.2km tunnel through the Toowoomba Range, numerous viaducts, bridges and crossing loops to build a new dual gauge track traversing Toowoomba, the Lockyer Valley, Ipswich and the Scenic Rim.

Tactix supported the Regionerate Rail Consortium consisting of Webuild, Clough, Plenary and LendLease as part of the consortium tender team. Regionerate Rail have been selected as preferred bidder by ARTC. Tactix scope was:
- Rail Safety Accreditation Strategy development
- Systems Safety Assurance Framework development,
- RAM
- Comprehensive security risk assessment for all operational technology systems, and physical assets
- Systems Engineering methodology development to meet ISO 15288.
- Mechanical & Electrical design management and construction planning
